Nyungwe Nziza Ecolodge - Kitabi

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with hot water bottles to combat the cold weather. The location of the lodge, nestled among the hills and tea plantations, offered breathtaking views of the surroundings. We were also delighted with the delicious food served at the restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner.

The wooden cabin we stayed in was quite basic and the interior was uncomfortably cold, despite the existence of a fireplace. we found the prices at the lodge to be quite high compared to other places we stayed at in Rwanda.

We stayed at Nyungwe Nziza Ecolodge for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our adventures on the nearby trails. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the lush tea plantation fields. We loved the cozy double room with a fireplace, as it kept us warm during the chilly nights. The manager went above and beyond to assist us with organizing tours and made us feel truly welcome. The long drive to the hotel was made comfortable by the kind driver, who even offered us a restroom break and a refreshing drink in the main hotel. our stay at the lodge was romantic, peaceful, and filled with exceptional hospitality from start to finish.
